The EMBD is a State Enterprise under the Ministry of Agriculture, Land and Fisheries of the Government of the Republic of Trinidad & Tobago. It was formed in 2002 with one of its major roles being to manage and develop lands formerly owned by Caroni (1975) Ltd. Estate Management
This department is responsible for issuing all sub-leases for Agricultural State Lands to all suitable individuals and agencies. Cabinet approval is necessary to issue sub-leases. Read More |

The EMBD is responsible for developing 20 residential sites. These sites are being developed for Caroni 1975 Ltd VSEP employees and members of the public. Read More |
