EMBD is committed to deliver infrastructural developed residential and agricultural lands to VSEP Availed Caroni Employees to ensure that Government’s mandate is effectively and efficiently accomplished by carrying out the following key land development process.

IDENTIFICATION OF SITES
· Suitable sites needed to be identified for implementing the desired developments.

LAND SURVEYING
· Cadastral and Topographic Surveys of all sites needed to be undertaken

INVESTIGATIONAL STUDIES
· Geotechnical Investigations required
· Environmental Impact Assessment – type and scope needed to be identified    by the Environmental Management Authority (EMA)

DESIGN REQUIREMENTS
· Conceptual design or Masterplan
· Detailed Engineering Design
· Preparation of Tender Documents

CONSTRUCTION
· Construction of Site Infrastructure Works required
